Hello World!!! Welcome to my own little alcove of the Internet, right here, right now. Pretty darn cozy, huh?? Anyway, I am super excited to get this thing started, as I got a tad sidetracked over the holidays. (Which, by the way, were pretty fantabulous!! How about yours??) I am completely aware of the fact that the page is not even formatted correctly or in a way pleasing to the eye, yet I just wanted to get a post up and out there. The sole things I have done to this page are add a little YouTube app in the bottom, and fishie friends at the top. Very climatic.
For Christmas, I got an extremely interesting book about personal finance. (Yes, I asked for it. I am a self proclaimed nerd. Woo-hoo!!!) It mentioned the fact that there are over 60 million blogs in existence, mine being one of them!! It also explained that the top 25 blogs account for around 10% of blog readership. And, the doozy, the average blog has only about one reader: the blogger. Eh. I refuse to be disheartened!! Onward march!!
Enough with the introduction and riveting blog statistics, let us trudge forward, towards rather more interesting topics. Wait. "Trudge" is not a good verb to describe pleasant things. Let us go with "skip" OK. Let us skip forward.
Oh, I have one more thing I would like to tell you. I am still trying to figure this thing out, so if my posts and stuff are a tad messed up, that is why. That is also the explanation for the house in the corner of this post, if it works properly.
You know what?? I am going to continue my actual posts of substance in a different box, as to try and achieve some organization.
